Why can’t I see my reservation on the Sonder App?

If you are an existing Sonder member and booked with one of our partners, like Airbnb or Booking.com: 

  1. Log out of the Sonder App:
    Select the ‘Profile’ tab (the rightmost tab on the bottom toolbar) and then ‘Logout.’

  2. Look up your new booking:
    On the log-in page, select ‘Find my reservation,’ then enter your confirmation code.

  3. Verify your phone number, if prompted:
    You will receive a verification code via SMS to the phone number connected to your booking. Enter the verification code into the Sonder App.

You will now see your reservation details on the Sonder App. If you see a red banner at the top of your screen, select it and follow the prompts to complete pre-arrival verification.

I followed the above steps but the Sonder App is prompting me to create a Sonder account. Why is this happening?
