How do I request extra items?

All Sonders are fully stocked to ensure you have the comforts of home during your stay. We also offer essential spaces in many of our Sonder buildings which can be used to stock up on commonly used items such as coffee, cream and sugar, dishwasher and laundry pods, earplugs, toilet paper, and garbage bags. Refer to the Sonder App or log onto the My Stays page of our website to locate the essential space, where available. 

 

If you run out of any included items during your stay, we’re happy to make a one-time courtesy delivery. If you’d like to request a replenishment, chat with us on the Sonder App or contact our 24/7 support team. Alternatively, refer to the Sonder App or log onto the My Stays page of our website to find nearby stores and delivery services.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I request additional beds if I want extra guests to stay?

While we don’t offer extra beds or air mattresses, many Sonder spaces include sleeper sofas to accommodate additional guests. To find the right fit, use the search filters to specify the number of beds or bedrooms you need. The maximum occupancy for each Sonder, including the sleeper sofas, is clearly listed to help you plan your stay.

 

How can I request a nonstandard item?
