How do I request a receipt?

After completing your booking, you’ll receive a receipt attached to your Booking Confirmation email. After completing payment for any extra services, you’ll receive an updated receipt via email. You can also find your most up-to-date receipt in the Sonder App. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Sonder App:
    If you need assistance accessing the Sonder App, see How do I download the Sonder App?

  2. Navigate to your stay details:
    Select the Stays tab and select your upcoming stay.

  3. Download your receipt:
    Scroll down to the ‘The important stuff’ section, select ‘Booking details,’ and then ‘Download receipt.’ The receipt will open in your internet browser. View and download your receipt from here.

Why am I receiving the error message ‘Receipt Unavailable?

  • If you booked with one of our partners like Airbnb or Expedia, reach out to the booking site you used to receive a copy of your receipt. If you did book directly with Sonder, reach out to our 24/7 support team for assistance.
