How do I reset my Sonder account password?

Forgot your password? No worries! Follow the steps below to reset your password on Sonder.com or in the Sonder App.

  1. Navigate to your Sonder App:
    If you need assistance accessing the Sonder App, see How do I download the Sonder App?

  2. Initiate the password reset process:
    Below the login fields, you'll find a link labeled 'Forgot Password?' Click on this link to begin the password reset process.

  3. Provide your email address:
    In the provided field, enter the email address associated with your Sonder account. This is where the password reset link will be sent.

  4. Check your email:
    If your email address is registered in our system, you will receive a password reset link in your inbox. Navigate to your email and look for an email from Sonder with the subject line 'Reset your password.' Inside the email, click on the 'Reset password' button to be redirected to the password reset page.

    Don't see the email in your inbox? Make sure to check your spam or junk folder in case it ended up there.

  5. Set your new password:
    Once you're on the password reset page, you'll be prompted to enter a new password. Remember, passwords are case-sensitive and must meet the following criteria:
    • At least 12 characters long
    • Contains at least 1 uppercase letter
    • Contains at least 1 lowercase letter
    • Contains at least 1 digit
    • Contains at least 1 special character (e.g., !, @, #, $, etc.)
