Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.
All available early check-in and late check-out time slots are exclusively viewed and booked via self-serve on the Sonder App. Most of our available slots come at an additional cost that varies based on time. Contacting a representative will not lead to additional time slots as they see what you see, therefore it is recommended not to reach out to a representative for this purpose.
You may also adjust your arrival time if you expect to arrive at your Sonder past the standard 4 PM check-in time or plan to leave your Sonder earlier than the required 11 AM check-out time.

- Log in to the Sonder App:

Navigate to your stay details:
Select the Stays tab and select your upcoming stay. -
Update your check-in or check-out time, when available:
Select the “Edit check-in time” or “Edit check-out time” button, then select the desired time, if available. Complete the required payment, if required, to confirm your new check-in/out time.
