Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.
All available early check-in and late check-out time slots are exclusively viewed and booked via self-serve on the Sonder app. Most of our available slots come at an additional cost that varies based on time. Marriott Bonvoy® Elite Member late checkout and early check-in benefits are available but subject to availability. Contacting a representative will not lead to additional time slots, as they see what you see.
You may also adjust your arrival time if you expect to arrive at your Sonder past the standard 4 PM check-in time or plan to leave your Sonder earlier than the required 11 AM check-out time.

Log in to or find your reservation on the Sonder app:

Navigate to your stay details:
Select the Stays tab and select your upcoming stay. -
Update your check-in or check-out time, when available:
Select the 'Edit check-in time' or 'Edit check-out time' button, then select the desired time, if available. Complete the required payment, if required, to confirm your new check-in/out time.

If there aren’t any open time slots, check out these alternative options in the Sonder app:

- Check out a local café while you wait for your Sonder to become available.
- Extend your stay a night so you're guaranteed early check-in or late check-out.
- Marriott Bonvoy® Elite Members should follow prompts within the Sonder app; times may become available closer to your arrival
