Great property. However if you are not tech able you will have issues. Parking is also not included. So you will have to pay to park. Also no pool at property. Overall a great experience.

THIS WAS A GREAT STAY FRO THE MONEY. THE APARTMENT WAS CLEAN AND IN A GREAT LOCATION. I WAS CONFUSED AT FIRST HOW TO GET IN, BUT EVENTUALLY WORKED IT OUT . PARKING IS ABOUT 15.00 FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY. IF YOU ARE A TV PERSON, THERE IS ONLY ONE IN THE APARTMENT . THEY NEED TO PUT ONE IN EACH BEDROOM, IN MY OPION. ALSO IT IS A ROKU TV. IF YOU DONT HAVE ROKU YOU WONT BE ABLE TO WATCH IT.

The hotel experience fell short of expectations in a few key areas. First, the parking situation is misleadingly advertised. It is not a flat $20 per night, but rather $15 every single time you exit the property, with no in-and-out privileges. This lack of an identifier system means charges can quickly add up to $30–$60 a day, which was a major inconvenience. Additionally, the property does not live up to the promotional photographs- the outdoor furniture on the roof was ripped. Inside the room, the sofa bed was broken and sagging. There were some dishes that were not properly washed. The contract was also off-putting. Overall, the room was spacious for a family of 5, and the balcony was a nice touch. They also provided the essentials to wash clothes, dishes, etc. Note, that you are in charge of throwing your own trash, and there are no housekeeping services during your stay.

It was a nice place and location was convenient.

The air conditioner wasn't working properly. Guest where very loud children running on the floor above us.

Enjoyed our stay. We visited to see Varderbilt and Belmont very conveniently located. Easy parking and easy to get to restaurants nearby. Our daughter enjoyed walking to Jenni’s ice cream every night.

Parking is safe. Location is excellent. So close to vandy and great food!

It's hard to find the location..you'll have to pay to park upon each exit which was an inconvenience..the bed was kinda shaky in the master bedroom. I think when kids are included in the stay that neighbors should know because my grandson is autistic and ran a lot..but on top of all that I would rent again..it was very clean and you can actually see downtown from the balcony..

Overall, my wife and I loved the two night stay. The property was very fresh and clean. The place is like a one bedroom apartment then a hotel. We had every amenity you could want or need and the balcony is a big plus for us. The only issue we had was that it took 20 minutes to get inside because the door code that we were given didn’t unlock the door. I initially texted the property manager but didn’t receive any response so I called and eventually was able to get someone on the phone to help us. Customer service was great and after about another 10 minutes, we were given an alternate code which worked perfectly throughout our stay. We definitely plan on booking with them again.

Unit was clean. No issues with AvantStay however their partnership with Happy Park is detrimental to the experience of a tourist. I was concerned about parking from the beginning. Called to get information, which seemed accurate at the time, was basically extorted by Happy Park. You pay to leave the garage EVERY SINGLE TIME. Your parking is not registered by your reservation (which I tried to clarify before parking), so therefore if you stay in your unit 3 hours 1 minute, you’ll be charged $15 when supposedly it’s $20 for 24 hours.
