“I've stayed at the Boulevard Stays twice now and it's been absolutely fantastic both times. Close to Downtown, The Gulch and Midtown. You can pretty much walk wherever you want to go. The staff is friendly. The building is secure and I highly recommend the place.”

“Hotel was clean and well maintained. Lots of traffic noise but that was expected. If you can’t do strong scents then don’t do this one, as the scents they use in the hallways is so over powering I had to hold my breath walking. Also if you have an issue with something customer service is a joke. They over charged me $778 and when I asked to talk to someone else, I was told there was no one else to talk to. This charge was before we even checked in and was stated as accommodations. We didn’t have any additional accommodations and had already paid in full. They still were trying to charge a sercurity deposit. I had to get Expedia to call them before they would take the $778 charge off.”

“Great location walking distance from all the fun on Broadway. Felt like we had a NY city apartment in Nashville! In room laundry machine was a real plus. No staff on site. Only 7 parking spaces available for purchase. None were left during our stay. Bed was only a few feet off the ground. Felt like we were sleeping in a lumpy hammock. That mattress has been pounded. Overall good value for the money.”
