We always enjoy staying at a Hampton Inn. We were a little disappointed with the one I n Guadalajara. We had a van that seats 10+ people. Our first night was raining and to park the van the opening to the garage was narrow and we ended up scratching it.One of the staff came to help us park it in the garage. This happened twice. On the third day I asked if we could park in the front of hotel. Come to find out they had a parking space for large cars. Very disappointed we were not told earlier even with one of the front staff helping us. At the car rental we had to pay for damages $230.00 dollars. This could have been avoided if we were told of the other parking lot.
Clean room, excellent condition.
Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious every morning and the staff was friendly.
