“We had a nice 1 night stay for a concert. We were a bit bummed because I had originally booked a room with 2 queen beds which they had oversold. We got a room with a King and a pull out couch bed, which was fine, but we were looking forward to the 2 queen beds!! Overall it was a quick and easy stay! Thanks!”

“I was traveling with family and we twice requested adjoining rooms before our arrival but no one bothered to note that. When checking in they were able, after some time and effort, to put us in adjoining rooms. However, one of the rooms was not ready even though it was 3:30 and check in was at 3:00. So we proceeded to the one room that was ready. We were able to see in the room that we were waiting for and it was clean and appeared ready. At 4:00 we had to go down to the lobby area for something and while there I asked why we were not able to go into the other room yet. They said that they were waiting for a supervisor to approve the room. It was about 4:40 when we were finally able to access the room. We had an early dinner reservation at 5:15 and almost missed it because no one would take a few minutes to approve the room and let us in. Very poor customer service and lack of concern for our plans. The second morning we had breakfast they ran out of several items of food and we even had to wait 15 minutes for forks. I wasn't expecting a 5 star visit but these are basic expectations that should be easy to handle.”

“The hotel was very cool! We were in Chicago for a concert at the United Center. Everything was just like the pictures and the view was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.”

“The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast had quite a few options and was very good. The parking is valet only & $72/night, very frequently there was no valet staff available. After the 1st night we moved our car to a nearby parking garage that was significantly cheaper and more accessible.”

When the time came to depart, the engines felt strangely reluctant to ignite. We left only because our mission demanded it—but our navigation computer is already plotting a return course. Five stars.
