The room was spacious, the food offer was very good, and the gym - amazing!

All good staff are excellent

We stayed a couple of nights here on full board basis. We arrive duting lunch time but no buffet!! They sent us to a pub they have on site and told us to ordet from the menu, went to the pub and we were refused(as we had 3 kids) and sent back to the reception. Then they sent us to the main restaurant and gave us a set menu to order from, the order took 1 HOUR 45MINS to arrive, we left most of the food as we were not hungry anymore. The dinner option was minimal. I understand the situation in the middle east is not ideal right now but why would would sell a product that you can't deliver??? The breakfast was much better and we actually enjoyed. The location of the hotel is really good, pool area was ok, nothing special. The rooms are very small and old but they were clean. Staff were polite but service wasn't good enough. This is a 3 stars hotel at best.

Loved it from the minute we got there. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The biggest compliment I can give is that we are hoping to book again for next year

The balcony room was a nice bonus. The pool and beach area were a highlight, so relaxing. It's probably worth noting the pool has no shade from the sun. (The children's pool does) We had club rooms, and the lounge has some room for improvement, the lounge is compact for the number of guests and the staff barely aknowledged us (apart from one nice young man - who's name I wish I'd noted). They were however open great hours and everything tasted nice, although it wasn't replenished well or quickly. I would stay here again. Hotel is in a great location with lots around it.

Not good feeling for breakfast, no tasty

I loved this hotel. Seeing the pictures of Sheikh Zayed receiving other world leaders in this hotel gives you a sense of elegance. The rooms are clean, spacious, and has all needed amenities. The staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is rich and diverse and very delicious. I strongly recommend it.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Really appreciate the service level. However, the hotel is very dated, tired, and smells terribly - smokey and musty. Linens are tired, shower has issues draining.
