“The flat was spotless, the kitchen was perfect with all mod cons, even with a toasted sandwich maker. Exceeded expectations, we will be back,in April.”

“The flat was fantastic, and the staff were very helpful, the location. I especially appreciated the security officer's kindness when I had trouble opening the apartment door on my first night. The only minor issue was that the bed was a bit small for my partner, as his feet hung over the edge, making it a little uncomfortable for him to sleep. ”

“Like how close it was to metro, trains, busses. It is within walking distance to a shopping mall and gro ery store. We stayed for 10 days, being able to grocery shopping and cook was great. There were also restaurants in the area. The only downside was trying to figure out how to operate the washing machine”

“It was very difficult communicate with the property manager for check-in especially when you are already traveling. Otherwise the property is very conveniently located ”

“Once I arrived, I was greeted by a nice young man who took me to my room. Initially he told me there wasn’t running water but that it was being addressed. Luckily, it’d been resolved by the time I arrived.There is no reception desk. However, security onsite in the building 24/7. Their means of communication was by email and they were pretty responsive. I needed help with the AC and they showed up without hesitation. However, the temperature of the room never really dropped. Perhaps a malfunction with that unit.These units are modern and beautiful but the bed was just so awful.I have never slept on a hard what felt like an old mattress. A place like this, the comfort of the bed should be as luxurious as the unit/amenities. Full kitchenette, stove, oven, dishwasher, full size fridge AND even a washer machine. Limited plug outlets near the bed. Only one of the two end table lamps could be plugged in.The other was there for decor purposes. Every night slept there was a struggle solely due to the mattress. This is more of an industrial area. I was on the 9th floor and didn’t have much of a view. Several restaurants nearby, shopping mall, and near transportation needs. ”

“The property was great! We loved the big windows that let us look out but well insulated so we didn't have to hear the city sounds. They were great to meet us and show us around. Very walkable to metro and the river.”
