Principe Real 3 Lookout | Apartment in Bairro Alto

Absolutely stunning apartment with magnificent views. We were greeted by the lovely Claudia who explained everything thoroughly. The apartment is ideally located on a very quiet residential street but within walking distance to everything. It is tastefully decorated, very clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay.

Our stay was wonderful. The property is well represented by the description and photos. It was clean, comfortable, and modern right in the middle of a great neighborhood. Everything functioned properly (i.e., air condition, internet, etc.) except we could not get the dryer to work.The pictures of the sunset and bridge were taken while in the apartment.

This is a beautiful property in a great location with a view that is amazing! Highly recommend!

We stayed at this wonderful apartment on a recent family vacation. The space is wonderful and the apartment is just as shown. Our favorite spot was sitting in the blue chairs looking out the windows to the Tagus River. Air conditioner worked great. Joaquim was very nice and handled our check in very well. We had most of what we needed. The washer/dryer did not work properly. We have used this type of unit when we were in Europe before. Only the washer portion worked. It would not dry. I will say that the communication while we were there could have been a little bit better. I messaged them letting them know about the washer/dryer and also that the refrigerator and freezer were not working. The top freezer drawer was very dirty (looked like when a soda explodes). At that point there was not much that could be done as we would be leaving the next day, but some sort of reply would have been nice. We also messaged that day after we left because we left something in the apartment and wanted to see if it was found. We could have picked it up upon our return to Lisbon. They replied that they would check and get back to us. We never got a response until I reached back out to them 5 days later. Overall we had a great stay at the apartment, but the communication while we were there could have been a little bit better. We also very much appreciated the capability of an early arrival at check in.

Overall not bad, but neither the AC or the combo washer/dryer were working.

The house is as pictured and clean. Check in was uncomfortable. I messaged Tadeu that our eta to the house would be 6:40. He arrived a few minutes late. He seemed nice enough but in the confines of the small elevator we could tell he reeked of alcohol. He was unclear in some of the things he was saying. My sister went to her bathroom and there was no soap, so asked him for bar soap. He was holding unto a bag of what I think was all the different amenities. When my sister asked him for the bar soap, he said he didn't have time before to stock the house. She again asked him for the soap and he insisted on placing them in the bathrooms himself. Anytime I asked a question about the apt, he kept looking for the house book. He kept repeating that the house book was missing. He said he would have to return to restock the amenities like the dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent. When I asked why he couldn't just leave one or two of the ones he was holding, he replied "I have to take these with me". After he left, we were all rushing to get ready. We were unable to turn on the shower in the hall bathroom (a previous review mentioned the same issue) I contacted Vera to explain the shower issue and asked if we could have a different person as our point of contact. She said Tadeu was a trusted member of their staff and the shower worked which she would have explained. We spent the next morning on a chat with vbro, the owner, and looking for a hotel to check into.

The condo was very clean and nice-looking but we did have a problem with the front bathroom bath/shower as we couldn't get the overhead shower head to work without spraying everywhere. One of the people we were with is a plumber and he couldn't figure it out so I texted the owner but never did get a response back. And we couldn't figure out how to raise the temperature setting at night. It was very cold!

Our stay at Principe Real 3 could not have been better. The accommodations were perfect for our family; sleeping arrangements, bathrooms, location in Lisbon. We loved being on a quieter street, but we were within walking to almost everything we wanted to see. Should we ever

Great location. Close to great restaurants and bars but quiet street. Apartment was comfortable and spacious. The view was incredible. Really enjoyed the sunset. Did not cook so can’t say anything about the kitchen stock.
