This property sits in the Spring Creek area next to Lake Oahe surrounded by of some of the best hunting and fishing spots in South Dakota. A couple minutes from three boat ramps, Outpost restaurant/lounge, and convenience stores. The house has an open and inviting floor plan. Large multilevel deck with a gas grill enclosed in a fenced yard. Master bedroom has a queen bed, includes an on-suite bathroom, and patio door to the deck. Bedroom two includes a queen bed. Bedroom three has two twin beds.
High speed Internet is included. Pet friendly with small fee. Maximum of 2 dogs Pets allowed (no cats due to allergies), $35 per dog. Kitchen includes all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and Keurig Coffee Maker. Basic linens are provided. Two car garage access and there is plenty of parking for a boat in the driveway and outdoor outlets available for charging boat batteries.
Pierre, SD is located 15 minutes away which offers golfing, dining, hiking/biking trails, movie theater, shopping and groceries.

Everything was great and as advertised. My only recommendation would be to have more living room seating.
Great owner was fast to respond to questions. House was great, well stocked and very clean. Owner was very clear on instructions, door codes, amenities. Will Definetly stay here again next year!!!
