“We arrived at the hotel late that evening, but upon entering, we were immediately greeted with warm, friendly smiles. The staff had no problem pulling up my information, making the check-in process incredibly quick and seamless. They pointed out various amenities near the front desk that we could grab on the way to our room and even gave us each a complimentary drink for the bar’s happy hour. We booked a king room, which was very spacious, and the entire hotel was extremely clean. One of our favorite features was the upstairs lounge area that boasted an amazing vinyl collection. The complimentary drinks from the bar were also incredibly refreshing! To top it all off, the staff kindly held our bags for free after check-out so we could finish our shopping in the area. When I return to Tokyo, I will absolutely consider staying here again.”

“The rooms are small, a top loading suitcase is a must, but they are amazingly kept and have useful amenities like a fridge and kettle. Aircon works well even when youre not in the room so you can come back to a cool.space.”

“A great location if you’re after all the fun of Shinjuku nightlife, but also feels set back and is definitely quieter than expected. Staff were really helpful at check in. Everything clean and room exactly as expected/described. Only a few minutes walk from Higashi-Shinjuku station”

“Very dissaponted with the Roons , super small even for single person. Shinjuku area is not central, mostly hotels , no shopping or convenience stores around. Amenities were provided but some in hard to open packets. Staff were real nice and helpful, front desk were also very helpful. TV no news channels in any language. We could not see the Godzilla head as stated online, from any floor. Restaurant food was good. Breakfast only 3 options, not great, we ate out. If you can afford the Shibuya area hotels , that would save you a lot of time and cab fare as that is very central.”

“The hotel and room were very clean and the breakfast was fantastic! Our room was a little smaller than anticipated but was overall adequate for a short stay. The wifi in the room was also excellent. The location was also good for navigating the city. We would stay at this hotel again!”
