The room wasn’t as advertised at all. The lock on the door didn’t work and required concierge assistance to enter the room. The concierge was reluctant to help and just yelled vague instructions from the desk. The television didn’t work and all shelves were covered in an unusual amount of thick dust. We asked for someone to come and look at the TV and no one came. We asked for a cloth to clean the shelves ourselves and they didn’t send one. When we asked if we could leave our bags at the concierge after checkout we were told there wasn’t much room, they very reluctantly found some space for us.

The hotel is at a gd location, not far fr the paddington train stn, can reach to hotel fr stn by walk ard 5-7 mins. A lot of resturants nearby. And some buses pass there too. The room is clean and modern, quite new. Provide coffee, tea, chocolate and biscuits in room. The room w a/c but not really cool, open the window better. The hotel without lift, must walk up but the staff can help to carry luggages up to the room if need. Provide drinking water at ground floor, nxt to the reception. If wanna try british townhouse, this hotel is a gd choice.

The room I stayed was recently renovated and it was very clean and spacious with a good bed and also a new air-conditioning. I would stay here when I visit London for business again.

The room was small but great for one night. Central location, very easy to get to paddington and the airport. My only complaint is that the carpet had several stains.

Small but spotless room, extremely convenient location very close to Paddington Station.

Very small but clean room. The curtain was not mounted properly on the wall and had instead been loosely and rather carelessly attached to the upper window latches. I mentioned this to the staff on several occasions, but unfortunately nothing was done about it in three days.

The only thing we were talking to the staff about was the missing WiFi. We asked everyday if they had fixed it. And they did, our last night so better kate than never I guess

Small but cozy and very convenient near the metro, bus stops and restaurants.

The room was the tiniest I have ever seen. Everything was adequate but a bit challenging. Not even electric outlets to run a coffee pot and charge a phone. No elevator and three floors up steep stairs
