Top Floor Lake View Condo w Boat Dock Access | Condo in Lakeway, Texas

We had a great weekend stay at this superbly maintained condo in Lakeway! The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, from cookware & appliances to spices & everyday necessities. Well thought out supplies. The beds were comfy & grandsons loved sleeping in the loft that has 3 beds & tv with video games! The views from the patio were amazing. So relaxing to sit out at night after a beautiful sunset. Had a wonderful day at the Lakeway Resort pool with the grandkids. Pool passes were a little pricey but the good times had were priceless! We will definitely be back for a much longer stay!

This property was understated in all respects. View is great, space is large. Owners are gracious. Super parking, super resort, Marina is 1 minute walk, cannot think of anything better

First of all, we would like to thank Evolve and the owners for accommodating a last minute change in travel date! We originally booked this property for my family (3 adult children and their significant other) over the 2023 New Year holiday. Unfortunately, my son experienced an emergency medical condition that required a 3-night hospital stay 3 days prior to our flight to Austin! Evolve and the owners were kind enough to allow us to reschedule our stay to this past week. Since none of our children could join us this time, we enjoyed this huge and beautiful property by ourselves!! We stayed for 3 nights earlier this week. The home was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and richly furnished! We loved the balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture and wide-open view over the lake. We really enjoyed sitting there in the morning with coffee in our hands and watched others sailing, water skiing, jet skiing, etc. The home was nicely appointed with the latest appliances and an entertainment center!! There were 3 bedrooms and a loft that had 3 beds. Since it was just the two of us, we only used the master bedroom.

Very nice property! Well equipped and supplied! Loved the comfortable furnishings and near new appliances. Very clean and neatly organized. Owner provided many different snacks and drinks, including a fully stocked liquor cabinet!!

Overall a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The view from 123 Marina Village Cove is amazing. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Unfortunately, an insufficient number of washcloths are provided for the three bathrooms (required us to do laundry more often -- not the end of the world) and water pressure outside of the master was really light. Would definitely come back!

Michael was so helpful and responsive- his condo was beautifully decorated with plenty of room. Beds were super comfortable, outdoor patio was great with plenty of seating! We appreciated all of the extra touches he did- would recommend this to anyone who wants an amazing place to stay right on the water!

My family and I stayed at this spectacular Condo to enjoy some much needed R&R and togetherness while celebrating my 46th birthday on the lake. The VIEWS of Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country are stunning. You can tell this luxurious condo is also used as the owners personal space when in Lakeway. There is not one missing detail. The owners even provided Luxurious oversized bathrobes! I slept in mine for two days and ordered two for my home the last night, knowing I would have to leave it behind. The furniture is top of the line, and boasts solid wood throughout. Something you don’t normally see in a STR. The beds are all pillow top and so comfortable. The extra touches are some I have never seen in all of the STR we have stayed in globally. A stocked pantry filled with snacks and beverages to make your vacation start with ease. The stocked bar- and the cocktail menu “The Tool Shed” - was by far my favorite touch. The invitation to make whatever cocktail I fancied was a welcomed gesture after our drive up from the outskirts of Houston. I chose “The Boss Babe” and later “The Mrs.” because I am and I could. The challenge to prove that I could drink them out of house and home was a thought, but alas I’m too old to get down like that anymore. We rented a boat from Lakeway Marina for the days we stayed. The online booking process was very easy. The offered a cooler amd free ice as well. Shipt delivered our groceries, and DoorDash delivered the food we were too tired to cook. Everything about this trip was memorable and we look forward to coming back again soon. Thank you Mike and Mary for allowing us a slice of paradise on Lake Travis for the weekend! The view is amazing, the home is beautiful with all the bells and whistles. Perfect place to relax and end our summer on a high note. Rented a pontoon next door at the Lakeway Marina and resort passes for the day. Will be back soon!! 5-star
