Great property, great pool, plenty to eat nearby.

Wonderful condo with all the necessities. Great location, friendly staff. Didn't realize how nice it would be with not staying at a casino, but we were so close to the MGM and the strip, it didn't matter and I liked it better. I was worried about check in after reading the reviews, but it went off without a hitch. Had a question and the host responded timely. Can't wait to come back!

Cleaning level was not up to expected standard. hair in the sinks. Handles dirty. tooth paste in the sinks. We ended up using wipes everywhere to make sure it was clean and disinfected. Toaster was not working, coffee pot was old and dirty. To the manager's credit, they responded right away and purchased new toaster/coffee pot for us. Shower door is damaged, not closing easily. Overall not very relaxing for us.. some towels had stains... We stopped short of looking at bed sheets...

The residence was exactly as described in the listing. The residence is in a convenient location with easy access to the monorail. Our host was supportive when we asked questions and attentive to our needs. If/when we come back to Vegas, we would book again!

This condo is amazing! It is huge, nicely furnished, includes a balcony with a limited view of the strip, and was clean and comfortable. The location, while being a couple blocks off the strip, was still relatively convenient with a walkway direct to the MGM Grand. The only complaint we had about the unit itself was that the blinds in the bedroom didn't close all the way. There was a gap of several inches in the middle that let in too much light after a night out in Vegas. We called the front desk, thinking we were doing something wrong, who sent someone up to tell us that the curtains were simply too short and there was nothing they could do. Curtains aside, we thought this was a great place. Finally, the only other thing we'd mention is that the communication with the host left a bit to be desired. Leading up to our stay we had not heard anything about check-in instructions. After 3 messages to the host with no response, we finally called the host directly. He was nice and explained the check-in process was simply checking in at the front desk like a regular hotel guest that booked directly. Easy enough, but every other VRBO we've rented has notified us of check-in instructions leading up to the day so we were expecting the same with this rental and were concerned when our messages went unanswered. All in all, everything worked out in the end and I'd recommend this place.
