Please read these Site Terms and the Privacy Policy carefully, as they contain important information about limitations of liability and resolution of disputes through arbitration rather than court.

Each Site is operated by TravelAI Solutions Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of UpNext Ventures Inc, (collectively doing business as “TravelAI”, “UpNext”, or the “UpNext Group”). Unless otherwise specified, the entity controlling the Site you are accessing is referred to herein as “TravelAI Solutions Inc,” “we,” “us” or “our”. The term “you” refers to the user visiting the Site, listing a property, and/or requesting a reservation on this Site, or our customer service agents. You should read through all the Terms carefully. The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TravelAI Solutions Inc. You are not authorized to use this Site unless you are at least 19 years of age and able to enter into legally binding contracts. We do not knowingly collect the information of anyone under the age of 19. If you arrived on the Site after having been redirected or otherwise clicking on another website, you agree that these Terms shall govern your use of this Site.

You warrant that you are at least 19 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this website (as well as for use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you). You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this website is true and accurate.

This website is for your personal use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this website.

When you book a property, you will be required to agree to separate Terms & Conditions that govern your rental agreement with the booking agent; TravelAI Solutions Inc is not a party to these third-party agreements. Users seeking travel-related services (“Users”) shall be granted access to the site and/or other websites operated by TravelAI Solutions Inc and may be directed to the website of the provider of such services, including but not limited to accommodations, transportation, tours, activities, or other travel-related offerings, in order to carry out the booking or service request process.

Relationship to the Former Sonder; No Affiliation with Sonder Holdings Inc.

The Sonder brand operated on this Site, comprising the SONDER word mark, its associated global trademark registrations, and a portfolio of domain names (including sonder.com), was acquired by UpNext Ventures Inc. and is operated under the TravelAI name. This acquisition in July 2026 was limited to the Sonder brand and its related intellectual property. TravelAI did not acquire the former Sonder operating business, including its properties, leases, inventory, reservations, or staff.

These trademarks and domain names were acquired from the estates of the Canadian Sonder entities (Sonder Canada Inc. and Hospitalité Sonder Canada Inc.) through their court-supervised bankruptcy under Canada’s Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, following approval of the sale by the Superior Court of Québec (Commercial Division). The transaction was completed with the bankruptcy Trustee of the Canadian estates and does not involve Sonder Holdings Inc. or its securities.

TravelAI Solutions Inc., UpNext Ventures Inc., and the UpNext Group are not affiliated with, and are not a successor to, Sonder Holdings Inc. or any former Sonder operating entity. We are not responsible for, and disclaim all liability arising from or in connection with, any products, services, bookings, reservations, communications, obligations, or conduct of the former Sonder operating business or its affiliates, whether occurring before, on, or after the date of the acquisition. Any reservation or booking previously made with the former Sonder operating business is not honored, managed, or serviced through this Site.

This Site is a curated guide and is not a hotel operator. We do not own, operate, or manage any of the accommodations featured on the Site. Bookings are fulfilled by TravelAI’s distribution partners and third-party providers, as further described in these Terms.

Liability

The information shown on this site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Sonder.com, the websites of TravelAI Solutions Inc, and its owners or agents, do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any of the content (including rates and availability) or data found on this site. This content is subject to change without notice. Improvements and changes are constantly added to the information on the site. This Site and the websites of TravelAI Solutions Inc, make no representations about the suitability of the information, products, and services contained on this website for any purpose. All such information, products, and services are provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind. This Site hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, products, and services, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
