SECURITY CAMERAS: We have three cameras on the exterior of the home for the safety and security of our guests and property. One at the front door, one by the garage facing the driveway, and one facing the pool (required by insurance.) The pool area is equipped with a security camera to fulfill insurance requirements, just like a hotel pool has surveillance. Cameras do have recorded audio and video. As a family with small children we value the privacy while on vacation.

FAQ's
Q: Can I get a check-in/late check out?
A: We love to accomodate early check-in and late check out requests whenever possible! We charge a small $40/fee per hour for the first 3 hours, then we recommend considering booking the additional night so you don't have to rush.

Q: Can I drop my luggage off early to the property?
A: We can accomodate luggage drop off service with payment of the early check in/late check out policy.

Q: Is the pool available all year round and heated?
A: The pool is available April-October. Optional pool heat is an additional fee of $80/night or $400/week or $800/month. Heat must stay on or off for the duration of the stay. **This is a saltwater pool, which means it uses a salt cell to generate its own chlorine. It’s still a chlorine pool, just with a gentler feel on skin and eyes. In hot summer months, we may need to supplement with additional chlorine to keep the water clean and balanced.

Q: Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
A: No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves.

Q: Is the pool and hot tub professionally maintained?
A: Yes! Weekly maintained by the professionals!

Q: Can I book an extended stay?
A: Yes! We accept reservations as long as 29 days. Mid-stay cleans required at a rate of $250. Our team will come freshen things up, including fresh linens throughout.

Q: Why do I have to go through additional guest screening?
A: For VRBO and direct book guests, we use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Process is optional for Airbnb guests. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
