This home offers garage parking, driveway and street parking.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is across from beautiful Lake Balboa which is full of hiking trails, boating, botanical gardens, and playgrounds for those traveling with children. Easily travel to Hollywood, downtown Los Angeles, Burbank, and Santa Monica.
Getting Around:
It's best to rent a car in Los Angeles or to use Uber. Orange line within walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
Pool Heating: Is awesome to enjoy and worth it!
Spa heating is $55 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included if you purchase the pool heating) is $150 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum. If gas prices go up the prices may increase depending on the current rates.
This pool can be heated as hot as you want it. Please let us know in advance if you would like pool heating as it takes a long time to heat depending on the weather.
This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.
Mobility ramps are available for step-free access free of charge. Please let us know if you will be needing them prior to your arrival.
Please note that for stays of 28 days or longer, a monthly utilities fee applies. The amount may vary depending on the season.

I'm here to answer any questions. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
