Positive: It was situated in a good place.
Easily accessible by public transport.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The kitchen was well equipped with crockery.
The layout and size of the accomodation were good.
It had a microwave and an oven, so we could cook our own meals.
It was salt in the kitchen. :)
There was plenty of cupboard and drawer space to store personal belongings.
From the window, you could see the sea, even if it was a bit far away.
It was easy to communicate with the staff.
Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable. I sank right into it.
There was no washing-up sponge.
Both windows were broken. One of them couldn’t be put in the tilt position; if I’d put it in the tilt position, someone could have climbed in through it, as the accomodation was on the ground floor.
The other window wouldn’t close. When people were smoking under the window, the smell of smoke came in.

Positive:
It was well furnished and decorated, immaculate and very comfortable. It was close to shops, easy to park and quiet. Ideal for a short stay.
Negative:
Just a preference the curtains didn’t fully close so light does pour in however I clipped the curtains together with a hair grip. The original shutters would have been great for night time.
Summary: Comfy, well furnished and quiet studio

Positive:
Good location, apartment clean and tidy, everything functioning well.
Negative:
Have to pay extra if wanting to check in early or store luggage.
Mention that I need to correspond through WhatsApp as phone can't install booking app but was ignored by host so had a bit of problem receiving check in instruction.
As others mentioned, the curtain left a big ga0 in between so not functioning for its purpose. Lots of noise with people in and out as next to front door.
Summary: Okay for a night stay
