Set over two floors and sleeping up to four guests, Spring Cottage enjoys an idyllic location in Sheplegh Court, where you can take advantage of the onsite facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and expansive gardens, as well as having easy access to Dartmouth and Totnes.
Step into the property, where you can discard any coats and shoes in the entrance hall after your journey. Be welcomed into the comfortable living/dining room, where you can look forward to snuggling up on the sofa and watching your favourite film on the TV. Cook up a storm in the fully functioning kitchen, which has everything you will need to create tasty meals for your guests, before settling down around the dining table to enjoy and toast to a wonderful holiday. After a long day of exploring, pour in the bubbles and treat yourself to a long soak in the bath, followed by popping on fresh pyjamas and catching your rest in one of two well-presented bedrooms, a king-size and a twin. Wake-up and prepare for the day in style before joining your guests out on the shared courtyard to sip morning coffees or opt for a game of tennis.

As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you
- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property's electricity supply. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
