Inside, you’ll find a stylish kitchen with all the equipment needed for a self-catering holiday, along with a breakfast bar for informal dining. Moving through to the inviting lounge, discover a bright and airy room with gorgeous views from the characterful sash windows. Here, sink into the comfortable sofa to watch the Smart TV, or settle down for a memorable dinner in the glow of the wood burner. Completing this level is a handy utility room and a family bathroom with an indulgent roll-top bath. The two elegant bedrooms are upstairs. There is no outside space. However, you’ll be just 0.5 miles from Breakwater Beach – the perfect place for an invigorating morning stroll.
You’ll find plenty to see and do in Brixham. Head down to the harbour to peruse the famous fish market, or perhaps hop on a boat to go wildlife watching on the River Dart or take a cruise to nearby Dartmouth. In the summer, go scuba diving off the coast of Breakwater Beach or cool off with a refreshing dip in Shoalstone’s seawater pool. For history enthusiasts, a tour of the life-size replica of the Golden Hind – Sir Francis Drake’s famous ship – is also a must for the itinerary.
In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many events and festivals in the area like the Brixham Pirate Festival, England's Seafood Feast, Lanterns lights & 'luminations, Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Torbay Air Show, Devon County Show.
