“The cottage was in a perfect location for us. The town centre of Ruthin is within walking distance and there are many interesting destinations a short drive away. The cottage was clean and all the essentials were provided. The bedding and towels were of good quality and the bed was very comfortable. There is secure off-road parking and the garden is fenced around. There is a tall step between the back door and the gravelled garden, but Ruthin is hilly so this should not be a surprise! ”

“What a fantastic place! Really lovely cottage with everything you need for a break. Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine means it was suitable for our longer (4 week) break. Really comfortable beds and very well located to explore north Wales. Ruthin May be overlooked but it shouldn’t be. Lovely town with pubs, shops and restaurants. We used local grocers, bakers and butchers for lovely fresh food. Very close to the coast (half an hour) towns like Mold, Denbigh and Llangollen. Also close to English cities like Liverpool, Chester and Manchester. Sion and Jane were the perfect hosts, in hand if we needed anything and quickstep respond but left us to ourselves and to enjoy our break. Private parking a bonus as limited on-street parking in the town. ”
