The gardener typically comes on Thursdays (please note schedule may change based on weather, etc.). He also comes to bring trash cans out and in on Monday/Tuesday.
Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance.
Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica at a time that is possible based on our availability; we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, nor condition at any time, even if we agree to arrange for pickup. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
