THE SPACE
This home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection across a single-level layout perfect for groups. You get 4 bedrooms, 6 beds total, and 2 bathrooms. Every bedroom includes quality linens, pillows, nightstands, reading lamps, full-length mirrors, closets with hangers, and luggage racks—the details that make a stay feel polished and restful.

All beds feature 10-inch memory foam mattresses with super-fluffy towels. If you're traveling with little ones, we provide a Pack & Play/portable crib and high chair—just let us know ahead of time and we'll have them freshly sanitized upon arrival.
BATHROOMS & COMFORT
Master ensuite with shower/tub combo and hall bath with tub/shower combo. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Laundry facilities include a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and a starter pack of pods and dryer sheets (enough for 2 loads).
THE PLAYFUL HEART OF THE HOME
This is where memories happen. The custom mural art wall sets a joyful tone, and the space is packed with activities: ping pong table, kids' toys, and board games. We also provide a Memory Jar Game—leave cards sharing your favorite St. Louis memory, best restaurant visit, or funniest vacation moment. Future guests will read and treasure them; it's a sweet way to connect across stays.
KITCHEN & DINING
Bright, fully stocked, and ready for serious cooking or casual snacking. Stainless steel appliances include a gas range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a Ninja coffee bar with K-cups and ground coffee. You'll also find an electric tea kettle, crockpot, toaster, full set of pots, pans, and bakeware, plus kids' dishware. Dishes, glassware, silverware, wine glasses, and cleaning supplies are all provided.
The dining room seats 6 comfortably at the main table, with a high chair available for younger diners and kids' dinnerware on hand.
LIVING ROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
The living room is a cozy gathering space with a 55" Roku TV, comfortable couch, and board games including chess, Jenga, and playing cards—entertainment for all ages without relying on screens.
OUTDOOR LIVING & THE YARD
Nearly half an acre of fully fenced yard is a huge draw for families and pet owners. This space gives everyone room to spread out safely. Outdoor amenities include a propane BBQ grill, outdoor sofa with conversation seating and umbrella, and a swing tucked under shade—perfect for reading or taking a quiet break between outings.
PARKING & ACCESS
Ample parking: 3-vehicle driveway, 2-vehicle garage, and additional street parking available on the left side of the house. Keyless entry with smart lock (code provided before check-in) makes arriving and leaving flexible and easy.

The home sits in a convenient, active area with plenty going on nearby. It backs up to a busy street, so if you're an especially light sleeper or prioritize quiet over location, this may not be your ideal fit. That said, the location is a major win for guests who want easy access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
About 30 minutes from the Gateway Arch, St. Louis Zoo, City museums, and downtown dining and entertainment districts. The location gives you the energy of an active neighborhood without feeling remote.

Beyond the dedicated Kids Bunk Bedroom, high chair, Pack & Play, children's books and toys, the fenced yard makes this ideal for families and pet owners. The expansive outdoor space is perfect for pets—just let us know you're bringing them. Long-term stays are welcome; luggage dropoff is available.
YOUR COMFORT & SAFETY
The basement is unfinished and restricted, except for laundry access or weather-related/emergency needs. Your health and safety are our priority—we follow strict cleaning protocols after every stay. Air conditioning and heating keep you comfortable year-round. WiFi is included so you can stay connected. We're local hosts nearby if you need anything, but you'll have full privacy to relax and enjoy the space on your terms. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
