Free street parking is available and usually plentiful. You may also use the driveway, but it's shared—please park on the far right side to avoid blocking the neighbor.

Getting Around:
🚶 Walking — Inner SE Portland is one of the city's most walkable areas, with easy access to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and nightlife along Burnside, Belmont, and Hawthorne.
🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 12 (Sandy/Burnside) and Route 20 (Burnside/Stark) provide frequent service to downtown (~10 min). Route 70 (12th Ave) also serves the area.
🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.
🚗 Driving — Metered and free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.
✈️ Airport — PDX is about 14 minutes by car or reachable via MAX from nearby downtown stations.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio.
