Beautiful large 2700 sq ft home 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms with dual air conditioning and tinted windows throughout. Located on Needles Municipal golf course, next to the Colorado river. Access to river and boat launch within 100 feet from home. Home completely furnished with everything you would ever need to enjoy your stay. 70" HD TV, Large island kitchen with two ovens and windows galore to enjoy the beautiful view of the golf course. 2 bedrooms are master bedrooms with their own full baths. Laundry room with additional refrigerator. Back-yard is one of a kind all 1600 square feet with full flowing pond adjacent to the 12 foot island BBQ with 8 seating fire-pit along with lounge chairs to enjoy the view. Once you have stayed in this home you will want to surely come back again. There are 2 security cameras located in the front of the garage area and 3 security cameras located in the backyard/golf course.
