The Space:
Beyond its classic Boom-era façade, this inviting 2/3BR residence, metres from Edinburgh Gardens has been decorated with heart and love. Bedrooms are fitted with 2 queen beds and built-in wardrobes, with all linens provided upon your arrival. The second bedroom is set up as an optional kid’s room, with books and toys included. The office is at the rear of the house, with space to make a third bedroom if needed, with a double bed-sized air mattress.

The house has recently been fitted out with ducted heating and cooling throughout, and for cosy nights during winter, the lounge area includes an indoor wood heater, with wood provided. For entertainment, the lounge is fitted with a projector that can be used day or night, for a real theatre experience — just connect it to your laptop with the provided HDMI cable. The house also includes four Sonos speakers, just download the Sonos app to play music wirelessly throughout.

While restaurants and cafes are spread around every corner of North Fitzroy, nothing beats a warming, well-prepared home-cook meal — with a view! A fully-equipped kitchen and dining area that opens out to the courtyard is one of the most inviting areas of the house.

The sunroom, lining the full courtyard, enjoys gorgeous morning light, perfect to enjoy a cup of tea. When the weather is good, we encourage guests to take their glasses up to the rooftop terrace/mini garden — the highlight of the house, overlooking rooftops, and at dusk, offering an amazing view of the flying bats that soar above each night.

Lost key penalty - $300 Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
