“This was the most confusing check in process. We were directed to a different property than we had booked. The check in was at someone's residence. So weird. We were told that we would have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. We had requested a ground floor room. After almost cancelling the room altogether, they did find a ground floor room for us at a totally different property. I guess they were all owned by the same person. The room had a full kitchen which is why we booked it in the first place. However, the area around the property was very run down and sketchy. I would not stay anywhere near this property again.”

“The place needs updating . It’s all worn out. Though for my family, the place had sufficient space. All of the amenities are so outdated. For the price paid, I think we could have a better place or equally same amenities but with cleaner place.”

“Many stairs involved for lodging, breakfast, and check in. Would of loved to known about that prior.”

“The stay was one of the best stays we’ve had on vacation this year. The room was set up like a one room apartment with a kitchen and bathroom. The television worked well for us and had commercials free content. Breakfast was available but we skipped it for coffee in our room. The elevator was broken and breakfast was off site as well as check in. The people we met at check in and check out were very nice.”

“It was a unique experience. Basically you are part of three different locations. Actual stay was about a mile from the building that served breakfast. Don’t go there for the breakfast. Not that great but the breakfast lady was good. The bed was very worn and swaybacked. Not the best but it was clean and we got some laundry done which was in a different building. Probably won’t stay there again. We are two older travelers just staying in Fairbanks for a couple of days.”

“Rooms were clean bathroom facilities were very nice. Staff was great help. We went to breakfast later and there wasn’t much left. Staff member did come and started filling in, but we had eaten. What was there. Parking was adequate. The only real problem we had was there were no fans. It was warm and there were no screens on the windows so we couldn’t open them without letting in a lot of bugs. Screens on the windows would’ve been our biggest complaint.”

“In a quiet neighborhood. Layout of the room can be improved. It has a kitchenette that can be helpful for most people. Breakfast was in a different building, but it was amazing. Owner made egg in ham cups and peanut butter muffins that were just mildly sweetened which I appreciated that. There’s other breakfast items as well.”

“Fire alarm beeped all night, bed uncomfortable, no towels had to phone twice to get them, took a couple of hours.”

“Quick checkin, room had space and nice mini kitchen.”

“The office is pretty hidden not much signs. Place looks weird the old man who gave us key wasn’t really helpful didn’t really explain much on amenities or anything at all I think he just wanted to go back to sleep we arrived @3am. Rooms are dirty we had to buy our cleaning supplies to clean it up more, we stayed at property next to Napa store. I asked the boss of cleaning if I can get towels and she said she didn’t have any so it’s pointless to b on the property. Staff wasn’t helpful at all .”
