Positive: We loved the beautiful large accommodation in Spello, comfortable in every way, great showers, air conditioning which we needed as very warm! Great location, quiet, feel like a local meeting people living in nearby homes. Lovely new main bathroom and great to have 2 bathrooms. Was lovely to look out the little windows and see the view and rooftops and birds. Especially the swallows. Highly recommend would stay again! Host very helpful and friendly.
Negative: Some mosquitos however not really an issue!
Summary: Beautiful accomodation in beautiful Spello

The hosts were fabulous. There were a number of steps to reach the apartment and they kindly helped us with the bags. As we were leaving they carried our bags up to the road and then drove us and our bags to where the car was parked.
The apartment itself was really good. It was very clean and well equiped and we really felt at home there

Positive:
The apartment was very big with 2 good-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large dining and lounge area. It had most things we needed for a 5 night partial self catering stay. Most of all, the owner and his daughters were extremely helpful and checked that we had everything we needed. We would definitely return to this apartment and the beautiful town of Spello. Grazie mille!
Negative:
No washing machine, but they have plans to install one soon.
Summary: Charming Spello stay

Positive:
The location is in the old part of Spello, and everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance, including the Pinturicchio fresco cycle in the Church of Santa Maria Assunta and a museum containing impressive Roman mosaics. The host was very kind and helpful.
Summary: We had a lovely stay in Spello.
