The downstairs has a large eat in kitchen, sun room, refurbished living room in Rowe Living Room Furniture and new wall mounted TV, dining room with built in china closet, granite/tile full bath, laundry area and two large closets. Four bedrooms (two of which open onto a large second floor deck overlooking the ocean) can sleep ten people. Master Bedroom has queen size bed; Second Bedroom has full size bed; Third Bedroom has two twin beds; Fourth Bedroom has two bunk beds. An additional new granite/tile full bath with double sinks is also upstairs. This special home has a central air system, two car garage with ceramic epoxy floor or use as a storage unit and save money Parking for six cars and a wonderful private yard.
