Adorable Villa Avedon 7 guests, a short drive from Tarragona beaches!

The stunning Villa Avedon offers a great space for the whole family to enjoy a vacation in the Spanish sun. Set on a 500 sqm plot, there is plenty of room for everyone. Outside you can enjoy a beautiful red tiled patio, complete with private pool and covered seating area, perfect for dining al fresco long into the warm evenings. The exterior also has a chill out area, with sun chairs, comfortable sofa, fire pit and a BBQ, which is a lovely place to relax with a drink in hand.

Heading inside, the living room has been decorated in cooling greys, blues and whites, with a brick fireplace and comfortable sofas. The large windows flood the room with light, and it is a lovely place to escape from the sun and relax. The dining room has brightly coloured walls tastefully represent the vibrant surroundings and add a little fun to the villa.

The kitchen is fully equipped, meaning that you will comfortably be able to cook for you and all your guests with ease. Appliances are modern and there is even a small breakfast bar and wine fridge.

Overall, Villa Avedon can sleep 7 guests, in 4 bedrooms. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor and are a mix of double, single and king sized beds to suit a range of group sizes. The sizes of the bed are for single bed - 100x200cm, double beds - 130x200cm and king sized bed - 180x200cm. One of the bedrooms has access to a small balcony, with views over the beautiful surrounding wine region. The two bathrooms are also modern and come with walk in showers.

Both Double rooms have access to a private terrace.

Villa Avedon is ideally located between the popular cities of Barcelona and Tarragona, meaning you have some prime day trip locations just a short drive away. For attractions that are even closer, you are just 10 minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Coma Ruga and San Salvador. Not only that, but you are also located in the premier win region of the Penedes, meaning you will never run out of things to do. Just an 8 minutes drive away are local supermarkets, fishing areas and mountain bike trails.

Cleaning Policy Update:

1) Our housekeeping teams have received specialised training cleaning requirements. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits.

2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above.

3) We have allocated a minimum of 24 hours between check-outs and new check-ins.

4) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay.

5) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied and Covid-19 cleaned by Elis (elis.com), an international textile, hygiene and facilities service with activities in 28 countries across Europe and Latin America.

6) All beds and pillows have protective covers.

7) All of our maintenance and cleaning staff are required to wear masks when entering the property for any reason.

8) Cushions, decorative and throw blankets have been boxed in all properties until further notice.

9) We provide hand disinfectant for each property. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
