“The most charming place I have ever stayed in! The apartment is cozy, tidy, and has everything you could possibly need. Methana is a lovely town, and it is very easy to reach various beaches, thermal springs, and scenic spots around the peninsula directly from the apartment.
The highlight of this amazing vacation was, without a doubt, Matoula, the host. She helped us with every request and anything we needed, kept us great company over excellent coffee, and it was so comforting to feel cared for by such a dedicated host. Everything came together to create a truly perfect vacation.

“An absolutely superb room with so much equipment for cooking and life. Lovely view and an amazing garden in a house near the sea, town and the Sulphur springs (the ones into the sea) which I swam in every morning. They really do give your health a positive kick. Methana peninsula is lovely. Aerides Studios are so well maintained and very clean. The beds are comfortable and everything works as it should. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay in Methana.”

“Matoula is a fabulous host, very warm and helpfull. Our room was super clean and had everything we needed. The price is very fair. The location is great, walking distance to the main town. The atmosphere was very friendly. Nothing to complain about. We’ll come back.”

“Our host was so friendly and offered us a drink on our arrival. We were able to walk into town easily and watch the sunrise on the pier. The patio had lots of seating options and was a great place to relax and have breakfast.”

“Matoulas beautiful little guesthouse lies nestled into a quiet corner of the main village of Methana. With views over the bay from the upper apartments and a nice terrace under the pine trees this is the most relaxing spot I have been to in a while.
The apartment of Nea Aerides are newly renovated and have everything you might ask for, a small kitchenette, balconies with a view to the port, AC etc. There are smaller ones in the main house as well that keep the original Greek style with beautiful old floors combined with all the comfort you might need.
The guesthouse is 2 walking minutes away from the beach and the closest shops and restaurants, as well as from the sulfuric springs of Methana.
The actual highlight of this place is Matoula herself who receives you with the full load of hospitality and care.
I’m not the only one who came for a night and ended up staying many.
