“Office staff a bit surly. No arrangements for after hours problems e.g. power outage unresolved for 12 hours”

“Great location next to beach, hiking paths, seaside trail, boat trips, restaurants, cafes, laundry, supermarkets and gelaterias. Easy ten (10) minute walk to the Levanto train station. Large bed was comfortable, but room is a bit small for placement of luggage, lacked an indoor table/chairs and small fridge was on the floor making it hard to access. Bathroom, like the room, was very clean and well kept every day. The agency made accomodations for us to pick up a key after hours as the train to Levanto was delayed.”
