“Very basic hotel. Location is great, Close to the centre.”

“The location was the only real positive regarding this property. Quite a late check in time (latest I’ve experienced). The hotel has the feeling of more of a hostel that’s been converted. No fridge or safe in room. Room itself quite small. We were in Room 16 and the shower was terrible: black mould on grout and ceiling, the shower door and fittings were covered in black mould and the shower head was less monsoon, more gushing jet that frequently came through the door on to the floor. Despite the note/rules left by the staff that the towels would be changed every 3 days, ours weren’t changed - and before they reply to say we didn’t ask, there’s nothing detailing this as being the process on their ‘rules-note’ . Bed was comfortable and A/C welcome, but wall light was snapped/broken. We both felt it was pricey for our experience and wouldn’t stay here again. Basic expectations of a hotel room weren’t met on the whole, including basic in-room amenities.”

“Staff was super helpful and friendly, check in was at 15:00 but the gentleman at reception rushed to get our room ready upon early arrival and gave us local recommendations.”

“The location was good. The listing says " family friendly, a frig and microwave in every room." Not the case at all. The front desk staff were rude. We asked if the maid comes daily, and they said "yes." After 3 days with no maid, they said that you need to put the sign on the door even though we had asked for clean towels and a room clean the day before. When we asked for clean towel, we were told that we could rent a towel.”

“Compared to the negative reviews i read. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Only issues were the shower was not draining well and the flies bugs in the kitchen which was unsightly. However beds and rooms clean and immaculate. quiet and peaceful otherwise. Next to a Michelin star restaurant which we realized afterwards. Better than expected overall experience.”
