Albergo Accademia | Hotel in Trento Old Town, Trentino-Alto Adige

Albergo Accademia is a small hotel in Trento’s historic pedestrian center, set beside the university and about 1640 feet from Trento Railway Station. From here, the city feels close at hand, with the pace of the old streets, the station, and daily life just beyond the door. The setting gives your stay an easy connection to the center of Trento while keeping the atmosphere quietly residential and walkable. Inside, the property brings together modern furnishings and original 15th-century architecture, so the experience feels contemporary without losing its sense of place. Guests arriving by car can use parking, and the hotel is also pet friendly and wheelchair accessible. Rooms at Albergo Accademia are bright and spacious, with the comfort of air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and TV to settle in after a day out. Some units also bring in the building’s character through attic ceilings with exposed wood beams, while balconies or terraces and views are available in select spaces. Toiletries are provided, and laundry service is available when you need to travel light. Breakfast is served in a garden created from the former cloister, a calm courtyard setting that gives the morning a slower rhythm. You will also find guest services, daily housekeeping, a 24-hour front desk, and other practical touches that make coming and going straightforward. The result is a stay that balances history, convenience, and comfort in the heart of Trento, with the old city around you and a memorable sense of being settled somewhere that still carries its original architecture.
