The heater stopped working at 19:00 and the room was tooo cold. I asked to the staff and they only conected it a few hours more (for both days I was in the hotel). I was cold.

I loved the stay, beautiful place, beautiful city, they also offer transfer from the airports and can talk in english! Super recommend.
