Summary: Clean room. Staff very helpful. Room was compact. No natural light in. However not a problem we did not spend long in the room. Fabulous location. Air-conditioning was good. Free water daily and free coffee and tea nice bonus. Reception is not 24 hours but easy enough to access hotel with codes.

Summary: The hotel was small with 10 rooms on one floor of what looked like an office block. The staff were helpful and the mini bar was well stocked with soft drinks. Tea and coffee was available at no cost in the corridor.
The hotel was very well located very near to the main shops bars and restaurants and was also a short walk from the beach.

Summary: The hotel was very well located and good value for money.
It was very clean and well maintained, and they regularly topped up the fridge with a small selection of non alcoholic drinks (on the house).
We would certainly stay at the hotel again if we went back to San Sebastian.

It was very clean and well maintained, and they regularly topped up the fridge with a small selection of non alcoholic drinks (on the house).

Summary: I wouldn’t call this a hotel -it was more of an apartment floor with a whole bunch of rooms that had private bathrooms. Very quiet and very small. We had a good view of the city. We had a car and parking is crazy in San Sebastián - try not to bring a car! Although they do give you a discount for underground parking. No breakfast but plenty of places around to get breakfast and close to everything - city, beach, old town. Great location. Kind of hard to find but that is because your looking for a hotel not a sort of “pensione”

Summary: We’re not used to big cities, so parking in a garage was stressful for us. Be sure to take a picture of your space…
The hotel was in a great location for walking to the Pintxo bars.
We had requested a room with two beds together, but received a queen instead.
The room was very small as we had to walk sideways between the closet and the bed. The shower was even smaller. My husband is 6’2 and not small so it was a challenge.
Staff was friendly and helpful once we de stressed

Summary: I’d highly recommend this accommodation. Fabulous location.great spacious room - junior suite. Staff were excellent! Comfortable bed and good shower.
