“Everything was perfect”

“Such a great time. Booked the swim up suits, at a great price. Loved it, the kids loved it. Plenty of food around! Drinks are a bit ‘wrist band all inclusive’, not really any high quality options. But given the overall experience, I’ll live!”

“Amazing staff, clean rooms and nice pools”

“There are essentially two very different hotels linked in the same large complex marketed with different names. This part was quiet, with a lovely large pool, a nice clean apartment in small white washed blocks with comfortable beds and terrace. The staff was particularly helpful and Vasilis in particular was excellent. If you want you can also access the holiday ‘fishing’ village part adjacent with its large lagoon pool and water park for kids - which is marketed as a different hotel and indeed feels totally different - but if you really liked the tranquility of this bit of the complex you won’t like that as it is crowded noisy and busy. ”

“Room excellent staff fantastic ”

“Family rooms require urgent renovation! Room facilities is old, dirty towels and bathroom. Long story short - very disappointing…”

“We had a swim up room. Very clean and modern. Very Comfortable beds. Had a very relaxed couple of days before our flight departure ”

“Excellent ”

“We stayed in a swim up room, which was nice. The bed was comfortable and breakfast good. Loved the shower gel. ”

“Start with the positives ,the staff were wonderful and as helpful as possible. The complex is tired, certainly not 4 star . It really is an apartment complex, not a hotel, they try to do both but really miss. From the simple things you expect like replacing the milk pots in the room when it's cleaned to structural things like having an on site restaurant or bar in the evening it isn't a hotel experience.”
