Nice, clean place, great staff. Also has gym/pool access.
The staff was great in every way. Clean and comfortable rooms at a fair price. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely return again.
One does expect an older lodge to be not so sparkly. However, cleanliness goes a long way to make things comfortable. While the linens were all clean and in good order, there was too much left grubby. A smell was first hand an issue. We addressed it ourselves and that helped some. There was long time dust on some fixtures and incomplete cleaning of room mirror. The tub was either dingy from being old and in place too long or else it needed some extra elbow grease. Staff who we did encounter were polite and helpful with the few questions we had but, we did not address the cleanliness with them.
