Positive: The location is great, everything is nearby and yet it is located on the side of a hill so it's very calm. It's a 5minute walk to the ski station where you can store your ski's safely so you don't have to drag them with you to and from the house. The sauna is very nice, just a tad annoying that you have to go through a bedroom to access it which is not ideal when you have kids with you.
Negative: There are two showers but you can't use them simultaneously since you run out of hot water immediately. The kitchen is very small. There is mold above the toilet in one of the bathrooms, and we kept finding multiple ants in different rooms.

The location is great, everything is nearby and yet it is located on the side of a hill so it's very calm.
