Surprising that the room was nicer than expected Bathroom good and room was clean Good for the price paid The only thing was the air conditioner was broke but they provided a fan which was very good despite heat wave
Great clean room. Well maintained. Would have been 5 stars if it had a patio or deck to sit outside. Overall very happy
The front entrance steps were all broken and perhaps unsafe. The photos of the place on the Internet were deceiving. Entering was like entering someone's bedroom as the front desk man was laying on a cot with a sheet over him when I entered. The place had the ambience of a skid road hotel. Front desk man was reluctant to show me the room and told me that I could not cancel now in any case. I elected not to stay there I was so off put by the entrance experience. I am not sure if I can recoup my money but if hotels.com does not refund me I shall never use them again. I am just tired of deceptive photos on the Internet and then third parties having their way with my credit card.
