Alte Schmiede Reviews

Travel Purpose: business
Positive: We loved this stay! One of our favourite holiday homes ever! The locations is beautiful, with easy access to nature and cultural amenities by train, bus and car. The apartment itself was very well furnished and clean. You can hear a mountain stream babbling outside your window, which makes for the most restful sleep. The hosts were also very welcoming and kind, giving us excellent recommendations for what to do in the area.
Negative: We should have stayed longer than 5 days! There was much more to do in this area than anticipated. If you are traveling with public transportation, anticipate delays and contradicting information online, we experienced long delays with the local tram/train that were not properly communicated.
Summary: Wonderful place - even nicer than the pictures
