“Unfortunately, we got off to a bad start when we arrived. There was different information about where to pick up the keys. The online platform of the provider told us to pick up the keys at the place where the apartment is located. When we arrived, we couldn't get into the building because it was a residential building with only apartments and no office or reception. I checked my emails and found a small text telling me to pick up the keys at another location. I called a taxi to get there and stood in front of an empty office. By this time, I had tried several times to call the provider. When I finally got through to them, they told me that their office had moved 6 months ago. So I had to call a taxi again and finally got the keys. Back at the apartment, we realized that we needed a numerical code to get into the building, and the keys didn't work on the front door. We got the code from someone who lives there. Other than that struggle, we can't complain about the apartment. It's nicely located with everything you need within walking distance. It was clean and modern. The only things we missed were detergent for the dishwasher, a rack to dry wet towels, and window screens. Since the apartment is in the basement, you can't leave the windows open when you're not there or sleeping.”

“Our stay was very good. The apt was very clean and roomy for a family of 4. Because there is no air conditioning, fans were provided. That was very helpful keeping the place cool and having air flow. The cafe’s and restaurants in the neighborhood were great too!”
