Summary: The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff was great. Big problem was the lack of storage. There were no dressers. No closets. Only one hook on the bathroom door for your hand towel so We had to put the bath towels over the television to dry. We never unpacked our two bags for the 5 days we were there. The space at either side of the bed was tiny so they were always in our way. Also, the Wi-Fi in the rooms was pretty non-existent.

Summary: I stayed here for one night with a friend to attend a concert at Wembley stadium. The hotel was lovely and clean and the room a really good size. The bed and pillows were really comfy. Breakfast was great, continental but plentiful. The staff were helpful and very pleasant and directed us to catch the train from Marylebone which is a five minute walk away direct to Wembley stadium which was a real bonus. It meant we avoided the massive queue down Wembley way at the end and we were back at Marylebone within 30 minutes of the concert finishing. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Ideal situated hotel for attending concerts at Wembly.

Summary: The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast area and lounge were excellent. The breakfast had a lot of fresh fruit and a selection of cereals and bread, and a very good coffee machine. The lady in charge of the breakfast display was very helpful

Summary: Location was fantastic, and a great price for a Saturday night. The rooms have been recently refurbished and exceptionally clean. Staff were lovely, cleaners were working tirelessly in the hot weather conditions. The only downside, (however I knew this upon booking) was no air-con (however the rooms are currently being fitted with this and I was advised they were being fully installed in next couple of weeks). Once this has been done I’ve no doubt there will be no negative reviews. The room did have a fan, however sadly it was very small and didn’t provide much power or coolness through the very hot night in the recent heatwave. The room would have benefited greatly from a bigger fan and a mini-fridge however that is my only negative over so many positives.
Great continental breakfast, and I especially loved the lounge area you could sit in and could help yourself to water infused with mint leaves and lemon, an ice machine, tea & coffee, baked goods and fruit. Lovely complimentary touches and will definitely return.

Summary: Genuinely nice rooms, good experience. Even had a breakfast, and I can see why the hotel was busy. I am an inveterate hotel stayer, and this as good or better than most of your usual Holiday Inn-esque venues at a considerably more attractive price. I would absolutely stay here again
