Positive: The big positive is that the owners are super sweet and accommodating. Also, they have clearly made an effort to make the place attractive, a restful space to come home to. While it is true that it’s on a somewhat busy road, the traffic dropped off to almost nothing at night, and really didn’t bother us.
Negative: We rented in winter, and it was a bit drafty. Much of the construction in the area is meant for warmer months. It’s a fine place to rent most of the year, but I wouldn’t come back in January.

Positive:
The big positive is that the owners are super sweet and accommodating. Also, they have clearly made an effort to make the place attractive, a restful space to come home to. While it is true that it’s on a somewhat busy road, the traffic dropped off to almost nothing at night, and really didn’t bother us.
Negative:
