We are moving from this very neighborhood and were seeking a comfortable place to stay while we packed up our house. This fit the bill! The only suggestion is this: more waste baskets in the bedrooms. Our allergies were acting up! Other than that, we will return to this house should we come back to visit! Thank you!
We had a great time at this home and it was perfect for our needs. We just wanted a quiet and relaxing getaway after all the holiday festivities and we wanted to be able to drive up to the Mt. Shasta area, which was about an hour away. The home itself was in a calm and quiet neighborhood, it was large and spacious for 5 people and a small dog. It was raining that weekend, so we didn't get to spend as much time in the backyard as we would have liked, but during the summer I'm sure the pool provides a lot of extra fun. If we return to the area, we would definitely consider staying again.
Beautiful home, great neighborhood. My husband, son, and I came to celebrate the holidays with our daughter who lives and works in Redding and we had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for a long stay with plenty of room. We made good use of the kitchen and prepared a delicious Christmas dinner there. Plenty of grocery stores, shopping, and hiking in the area. As a runner that comes from a mostly flat area it was a lot of fun running up and down the hills in peaceful and safe neighborhoods. It was too cold to use the pool but my daughter says it gets quite hot here during the summer so we may just have to plan a return trip during that time!
