Positive: Excellent location in the center of Mürzzuschlag, just a 12 min drive away from Stuhleck ski area. A nice Brahms museum is a few steps away, as well as the city's culture center housing art exhibitions. The apartment seems simply but newly furnished, and is spotlessly clean having all facilities needed for short skiing weekend. You must pay for parking on the street, except on weekends. Our host was kind enough to buy us parking ticket for the non-weekend portion of our stay.
Negative: Probably some more pots would have been useful, but basically nothing.
Summary: Very good place to stay for a short visit, especially for skiers

Positive:
It is a very nice, cozy flat in the downtown of Mürzzuschlag, in a quiet environment, but close to the shops, restaurants. Andrea is really kind and helpful. The flat is very clean, furnitured with a good taste and well-equipped.
Negative:
The parking is not free of charge during the week days and Saturday morning.
The mattress was too soft for my taste.
There are some bottles in the bathroom that must contain soap, shower gel, shampoo etc., but you cannot know which one is which as there's no label on them.

Andrea is a very friendly, helpful and kind person. We have totally loved to have a quick chat with her! The room was amazing, super comfortable, cozy - and in the centre of the town! The shops are also there for a pleasant evening. We were lucky for this accommodation! You had your own privacy. Also, there was no problem with parking right in from of the apartment.
Negative:
Not a single reason to complain or dislike
Summary: Amazing room in a lovely town - wonderful experience!
