“Liked everything! Stylish, elegant, imaginatively designed apartment. Beautifully furnished and extensively equipped but little English language TV. One hour by car from Barcelona, 45 mins from airport, 30 mins to the beach. Free parking close to apartment. If driving into Barcelona with a foreign car remember to register it for Low Emission Zone to avoid massive fine! Friendly village with lots of local shops and bars but only basic restaurants. Market day on Tuesday with lots to look at and buy. Our host, Rosa, worked next door at the lace making museum so was frequently on hand if needed although didn't speak English.”
